Since LUSEONS Pet Portraits are hand-illustrated by our talented digital artists.
Each portrait is created using a manual & highly technical design process.
We do not use filters or apps.
Each painting requires more than 8 hours of painting time to achieve perfection，and supports unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
So it will take a longer time.
So orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days after you are completely satisfied with your portrait.
We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Average shipping time is about 7-15 business days.

Occasionally, the carrier will return the package to the sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or delivery cannot be completed for any other reason.

How much does it cost to get a custom pet portrait?
You can first send photos of your pet to LUSEONS customer service email: service@luseons.com
Afterwards, LUSEONS' exclusive painter will send you a preview of the customized pet portrait via email within 48 hours, and supports unlimited modifications until you are satisfied.
All of the above are completely free.
When you are completely satisfied with the portrait preview and recognize LUSEONS's service, you are always welcome to go to the LUSEONS website to place an order.
